Embroidery
We use flagship TAJIMA embroidery machines from Japan, ensuring exceptional accuracy and the ability to create detailed and complex designs.
Capabilities include:
· High-density flat embroidery
· 3D puff embroidery
· Multi-color designs
· Micro-details and small text
· Embroidery on curved surfaces (front panels, sides, visors)
HOW TO ORDER
To get a quote and place the order for your custom caps:
Minimum order quantity starting from 10pcs of same design and size
Please reach us at with the following:
· Vector format logo (if available)
· Your vision of the cap: style, size, color, thread color, outside and
inner print (if necessary), other details (snap, strap or fitted, etc)
· Order quantity
and we will reply with a quote for your project.
*Please note. According to the European Union Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011,
all our products will have our labels attached.
The labels will contain information about the manufacturer, product composition,
and care instructions including recommended maintenance and washing methods.
