How much does it cost to order a custom cap?
The cost of each project is calculated individually. It depends on the complexity of the design, the amount of embroidery, the number of sublimated details, and the total order quantity. In general, the larger the order, the lower the price per cap.
To receive a price estimate, please send us your logo or design, describe all your customization wishes, and include the desired quantity.
You can also choose a project from our portfolio that is close to the result you want, and we will provide an approximate cost based on that reference.
Our minimum order quantity is only 10 pieces.
How quickly can you produce my order?
Production time always depends on the complexity of the project, the order quantity, and our current production workload.
On average, a minimum order of medium complexity takes around 10 business days to produce after all designs and details have been approved.
What do I need to provide to place an order?
The most important thing is your idea. Describe your wishes, vision, and the result you would like to achieve — our designers and production specialists will help with the rest.
If you already have a logo or design, please send it to us.
All other technical details and production options will be discussed and guided by our team during the order process.
Can I use AI to generate logos and designs?
Yes, absolutely. AI can be a great tool for exploring ideas and finding a design direction.
However, please keep in mind that AI often generates concepts that are not technically possible to reproduce in real production. We recommend using AI for inspiration, but not as the final production-ready design.
Our team can help adapt your idea and turn it into a design that can actually be produced with high quality.
Can I order caps with logos of famous brands or companies?
Only if you have official permission from the trademark or copyright owner.
If you want to use a protected logo, brand name, design, or any copyrighted element, we will need a document confirming that you have the legal right to use it.
What do you make besides caps?
Besides custom caps, we specialize in embroidery of any complexity.
We also produce custom patches, keychains, and embroidery on clothing. In addition, we can offer high-quality garments from top manufacturers, specially selected for professional embroidery.

Can I order just one cap?
Although our minimum order quantity for custom-made caps is 10 pieces, it is possible to create a special one-piece order.

Can I choose a different material or cap style?
Developing new cap models or producing items from new materials is a process that requires time and the involvement of several specialists, such as production technologists, pattern makers, and designers.
In some cases, special equipment may also be required for a specific model, such as custom press forms or sewing tools.
We are always open to discussing such possibilities, but please keep in mind that these projects usually require more time than a standard order and may involve additional development costs.
Are there any orders you do not accept?
Yes. We reserve the right to decline an order if:
- The design or idea violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- The project includes provocative content related to religion, politics, or sensitive social values.
- The design disrespects or insults the national symbols of any country.
We are happy to work with bold and creative ideas, but all projects must remain respectful and legally compliant.
Do you offer white-label production?
No, we do not offer fully white-label production.
Your caps can be produced entirely according to your design, including custom colors, embroidery, prints, materials, and additional details. However, every cap we produce must include information about the manufacturer, product composition, and care instructions.
We can also add your own brand labels or custom elements, but A-Patch manufacturer information will remain part of the product.
